Low on clients?

On a networking meeting, like we have many on this days, I met someone who is now a client of mine and friend, my friend was feeling disappointed as the expectations where to get clients right at the networking gathering. The question was, how can you get a client here if everyone comes with the intention of selling but none of them are thinking about buying?

How can you best take advantage of every new contact?

The fact is that are all looking to reach out to more people who can potentially become a client or who can refer us to a client but when it comes to buying, warning alerts are sent directly from our natural defense instinct, preventing us from buying. The belief was that the business was low on clients.

Gatherings, meeting new people, referrals, old friends or co-workers, everyone can lead to a client and is very important to be ready to offer the service when the time is right.

As important to be ready when the time is right, it is to constantly communicate with our contacts, to remind them of what we do and how to reach out to us when they need us, some people may forget who we are and what we do.

A well done and, maintained and optimized website is an answer to the question above. Having a website with a blog helps in a phenomenal way to keep that contact to remain in our client’s mind and to offer details of what is that we do and what we can do for them or their contacts when the time is right.

So, if anyone feels low on clients and needs a reminder, get a website, have it optimized and keep informing of your services to all your contacts, they will call you when their time is right.
